What documents are needed to sign a car order contract?
To sign a car order contract, you will need to provide a passport or a residence permit in Cyprus, your address, and your contact details (phone number, email).
What insurance options do you offer for cargo?

How long will it take to receive my car after placing an order?
The delivery time for a car depends on several factors, including the type of vehicle and its location. On average, the process takes 60 to 90 days from the date the order is placed to the moment you receive your vehicle.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund of my deposit?

Can I track my vehicle during shipping?
Yes, once your vehicle is shipped, we provide tracking information in your personal account so you can monitor its progress and estimated arrival time. You will be updated at each stage of the shipment.

What happens if the vehicle I want is not available at the auction?
If the specific vehicle you want is not available, we will work with you to find a similar model that meets your criteria. We can also place a special order to search for the vehicle in upcoming auctions.

Yes, all vehicles undergo a thorough inspection before purchase by the Japanese auctioneers. The reports are very thorough and always represent the true state of the vehicle.
What are the payment methods accepted?
